2	You upload or give us a direct link to the file at the "Add Torrent" section of your account.

3	TorrentHandler will download this file and send you an e-mail with information on how to download it.

4	You download this file straight from our high speed servers via HTTP protocol by using any browser or download manager.

	ISP's don't shape HTTP traffic, but they do shape P2P (BitTorrent client) traffic. Since the traffic between you and TorrentHandler is HTTP, it cannot be shaped, so your files will be downloaded at the maximum download speed allowed by your ISP.
